Terms and Conditions

• Delivery is charged at £90 + VAT per 1 Tonne crate and is made by tail-lift lorry, however small items up to 10kg are charged a carriage cost of £15 + VAT
• Tail-Lift deliveries require a paved, level, concrete or tarmac surface and it is the responsibility of the customer to correctly notify us of the site conditions.
• Vehicle access considerations on site are the responsibility of the customer and any additional haulage charges resulting from the need to re-deliver due to poor access are payable by the customer prior to re-delivery.
• Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Additional costs options are available for 24-hour, timed deliveries and Saturday delivery.
• Forklift offload is available as an extra cost option in all areas of the UK except some city centres, and is recommended for pallet loads exceeding 3 pallets.
• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a FULL refund.  All we ask is you arrange for the return of the goods. All return costs will be at the purchasers expense.
• All prices quoted on the Stone Floors Direct website are inclusive of UK VAT.
• It is recommended that an able bodied person be at home to receive deliveries and help offload the lorry if necessary, however if this is not possible the point of delivery required must be clearly marked. If the point marked for delivery is unsuitable and no-one is on site, delivery will be made to the closest suitable point.
